Tournament team player cards are $21.00 each.  Payment can be cash or credit card.  Checks are no longer accepted.  To pay by credit card please contact Ohio South at 800-267-9721

The process for TTO carding depends on whether or not you have a club already in the Stack Sports system. The steps to receiving your cards are listed below.

If you DO NOT HAVE a club website in the Stack Sports system:

1. Please contact Joe Gould, OSYSA's Membership Services/Brand Marketing Director. He will have to create an event for you under the Tournament Team Only registration page. Once that event has been created, he will notify us and allow us to continue helping you get your team registered.
2. Once your club specific event has been created, you will need to have each player and coach register under that event. Please use the link below to access your registration event.

   2. Please be sure that your coaches and players select the event pertaining to them (they are separated by role). If you need a guide to share with your parents and coaches, please use the links below.

3. Once all parties have registered, please follow the steps below to receive your cards.

1. Please book your appointment. As of November 2018, MOSSL has begun using Appointlet for carding appointments. You no longer need to call the office for an appointment. Please click here to make your appointment.

Please bring cash or a check made out to "OSYSA" for the correct amount. The fees associated with TTOs are based on the number of players; coaches are free. The cost per player is $21.

If you HAVE a club already created in the Stack Sports system:

1. Have all players and coaches register as they would for a normal team. If you need a guide on how to register a player or coach within your club, please use the links below.

2. After all players and coaches have completed their registration, please use the steps below to activate your team correctly.

TO REQUEST ACTIVATION to TTO:

1. Log into your "ie:clubnamehere".osysalive.com account
2. Open the team in your event
3. In the box labeled Coach & Players click on Request Team Activation
4. Choose "Tournament Team Only" from the drop down box
5. Click submit request
6. Once TTO activates your team in Stack you will receive a confirmation email.

If you need individual Tournament Guest Player cards (i.e. not enough to make an entire team, or guest playing for tournament only), parents must register useing the link below and click on the "Register Now" button for "Tournament Guest Players Only." You will create a player account and register a single player.

PLEASE NOTE:

A player already carded within an OSYSA league may not receive a TGP. You must use that player's current card for that tournament.
